Our Mission

To empower African-American and underrepresented minority students from elementary through high school with the education, mentorship and exposure necessary to pursue careers in medicine, addressing racial disparities in healthcare through early investment in future physicians.

Why We Need More Representation in Medicine?

The underrepresentation of African-Americans and other minorities in the field of medicine is a critical issue that directly impacts the quality, equity, and outcomes of healthcare in the United States. Increasing the number of minority physicians is not just a matter of diversity—it is a matter of justice, compassion and better health for all.
